1. The service
ecombid.io is a paid display service: a ranking where each player in the e-commerce ecosystem bids for their position, plus fixed ad placements. The service is operated by QUALIT BUSINESS SAS (France). By bidding or booking a slot, you accept these terms and the Rules, which are part of them.
2. What you are buying
A bid buys a display position on the board, held until a higher bid passes it — with no guaranteed duration and no refund if you are outbid. A slot booking buys the display of a banner for the chosen period. In both cases this is visibility: no volume of traffic, clicks or commercial result is guaranteed.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, tax included. Payment is a one-off charge processed by Stripe — no card data passes through our servers. Raising your own bid only charges the difference with the total already paid.
4. Refunds
If the board changes while you are paying and the amount paid no longer covers the action when it is validated, the payment is refunded automatically. Outside of that case, bids and bookings are final: being outbid does not entitle you to a refund.
5. Content and removal
You warrant that you hold the rights to the name, handle, link and visuals you provide. We may remove without notice any content that breaches the Rules or the law; a refund is then at our discretion. Appearing on ecombid.io constitutes neither an endorsement nor a partnership.
6. Availability
The service is provided "as is". We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee the absence of interruptions (maintenance, incident, hosting provider). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid over the last 12 months.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms and the pricing may change; the version online prevails. Price changes do not apply retroactively to positions and bookings already paid for.
8. Governing law
French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action before the competent courts.
